Sycamore Legal Services offer a secure storage facility for your Wills and Legal documents for just £2.00 per month.
The benefits of using such facility means that basic future amendments will be free of charge. These will include the change of address or the change of executor, or the removal of a beneficiary for example.
Changes to the Will Precedents, will incur a small administrative charge of £35, but while your Will(s) are being stored with us, you will never need to pay for a new Will to be constructed again!!
Upon such storage facility being utilised with Sycamore Legal Services, we will provide you with a copy of your Will for your records, along with a letter detailing where your original will is being held should your executors need it or them. (A copy of your Will cannot be used in Probate).
