Memorandum of Wishes

A memorandum of wishes or a letter of wishes is used to accompany a Will or a Trust Deed for smaller items that may not be of particular value but are likely to have certain sentimental value such as:

Household items

Jewellery

Family Photographs or Documents

Personal Collections, such as model cars, dolls or magazines

Tools, or garage/shed contents

We will supply the forms to allow you to list those special bequests and their recipients and then store them with your Will if you wish.

We can offer guidance on which items should be in the Will and which can be bequeathed through a Memorandum of Wishes.

If you’d prefer you can keep the Memorandum of Wishes close to hand so that you can add to it as time goes by.
